Who is behind Fertilabel, what is sold here, what we guarantee and what we do not. Written to be read, not to deter.

Who operates this site
Fertilabel is operated from Spain and serves customers in the United States. These terms are published in English because that is the language of the people who use the service.
What is sold here, exactly
A subscription. One deadline calendar for every state you sell in, state forms prefilled from your own product data, inspection-fee amounts calculated to the cent, and an archive of what was filed and when. The tier is set by how many product-state registrations you hold, and it is billed per period and cancellable at the end of any period.
What is not sold here is the filing itself. You remain the registrant of record with every state. We prepare; you review, submit and pay the state under your own account. We do not file on your behalf, and we do not hold your state portal credentials.
Payment
Charges are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered inside Stripe's own environment: they never pass through our servers and we never see them. Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include any tax that may apply to you. Invoices are issued in the name of the operator above and sent by email.
Cancellation and refunds
The subscription is cancelled from your account or by writing to us, and stops renewing at the end of the current period. There is no penalty and no minimum term. On cancellation you can export everything you have put in and ask for it to be deleted.
If the service does not do what this site says it does, write to info@fertilabel.com within 14 calendar days of your first payment and we refund it in full. You do not have to justify it, though we would like to hear why.
What we are not, said plainly
We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. We are not a state agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any department of agriculture or state chemist's office. We do not certify, approve or homologate anything, and nothing we produce has standing before an inspector on its own.
A summary of a rule is not the rule. What binds you is the statute or regulation published by the state, and we link to it every single time. Before you rely on anything here in a real filing, confirm it with the state agency or with your own counsel: they are the ones who know your products and your situation.
About the rules library
Every state rule we publish carries its official source and the date we last checked it. When a value cannot be confirmed at the source, the page says Not verified rather than guessing. Where two official sources disagree, we publish the disagreement instead of picking a side — the open ones are listed on How we verify.
Rules change, and a rule reviewed on September 19, 2026 is a rule reviewed on September 19, 2026. We do not represent that the library is complete or current at the moment you read it.
Limitation of liability
We take care that the content is correct and current, but we are not responsible for:
- the use you make of the calendar, the prepared forms or the fee calculations, or the decisions you take from them;
- rule changes after the review date shown on a page;
- penalties, late fees or registration lapses arising from a filing you did not submit, submitted late or submitted incorrectly;
- service interruptions outside our control, such as a hosting or network failure.
In any case, and save for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the last twelve months of subscription. Nothing above excludes any right the law grants you that cannot be waived.
Licence of use and intellectual property
The licence is per company: you may use the service across every site and every employee of the same company, and adapt what it produces internally. What you may not do is resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the rules library, the forms or the calculations outside your company, whether for profit or not. All texts, designs and files are the property of the operator named above.
Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute the parties submit to the courts of Cartagena (Murcia), Spain, unless the law imposes a different forum — in particular where the customer is a consumer. Fertilabel is sold to businesses, not to consumers.
Before going to a court, write to us. Most problems are settled by email in a day.
