Licence
$37.5 · up to $750 · per firm (Manufacturers' and Sellers' License), tiered by tons sold in Alabama in the previous July-June year · annual · expires 30 September · renewed as of 1 October; late fee from 1 November. Resellers that do not hold the licence take a $10 Dealer Permit per place of business. The 2011 rule tops out at $525 (75,000-99,999 tons); the 2025-26 form adds a $750 tier for 100,000 tons or more · (Ala. Code 2-22-5; Rule 80-1-6-.13)
