Licence

Product registration
$1.15 · per grade of each brand · annual · expires 31 December · $40 per grade of each brand for packages of 10 lb or less, and that portion then pays no tonnage fee. Inspection fee
$0.25 per ton · the Code phrases it as a floor, 'not less than 25 cents per ton effective January 1, 2024'; the agency applies exactly 25 cents. No minimum: fees are payable whatever the amount · (3 Del. C. 2106(a))
Tonnage report

What this means in practice
Every state sets its own calendar, its own fee and its own filing route, and none of them warn you before a deadline passes. In Delaware the reporting cycle is semiannual, so the work repeats twice a year for as long as you distribute there.
