Licence

Product registration
$4 · per brand and grade (bulk or packages over 10 lb) · annual · expires 30 June · $30 per brand and grade for packages of 10 lb or less; $75 per brand for soil amendments. Inspection fee
$0.40 per ton · per ton per quarter, bulk or packages over 10 lb. Packages of 10 lb or less pay $15 per brand and grade per quarter instead, only in quarters with sales. No minimum. Sales between manufacturers exempt · (61CSR6 3.6; W. Va. Code 19-15-4(a))
Tonnage report
Quarterly · due 30 October and 30 January and 30 April and 30 July · on or before the thirtieth day of the month following the close of each quarter (the 30th, not the last day) · period quarters ending 30 September, 31 December, 31 March and 30 June · a monthly county distribution report is also due by the 15th of the following month; none is due for a zero-tonnage month · (W. What this means in practice
